HIHAO organized a two day strategic workshop at Mazar Regional Office with participation of Ms. Seema Ghani, the chairperson of the Board of Directors, Mr. Abdul Rahim Nasry, the Executive Director, Mazar Project staff and Senior Management Staff from both Kabul and Mazar offices. During this workshop, HIHAO conducted projects review, program updates, SWOT analysis of the organization, HIHAO risk matrix, organization capacity building, and the new development in MEAL department.
In addition, HIHAO 2020 Annual Report was reviewed with all participants. The workshop encompassed the ongoing projects achievements, challenges and their future plans and the participants also discussed about the HIHAO future strategic direction in which the HIHAO will find methods to incorporate inputs in organization‘s Strategic Plan of 2021-2023.
